Return Policy
1. Overview
At Top Medics UK Ltd, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of medical, hygiene, and infection control products, returns are subject to strict conditions to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, masks, aprons
- Sterile or single-use products
- Opened or used items
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
This is to prevent contamination risks and ensure compliance with health regulations.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
We may request photographic evidence before processing your claim.
4. Returns for Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging and condition
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Business Customers
As many of our customers are businesses, please note:
- Returns may be subject to approval
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and condition
- Special order or bulk items may not be eligible for return
